Exemplar Media, a division of Exemplar Education, offers our new partner-schools a FREE Digital Information Board valued at £2,000, to share information with parents when they drop their children off at school in the morning and collect them in the afternoon.

Schools also receive a £200 Annual Rental Fee for installing and operating a Digital Information Board.

This innovative communication tool is available to UK schools exclusively through Exemplar Media, together with a user-friendly Content Management System that’s set up on a suitable PC or laptop in the School Administration Office. Whilst simple to operate, installation also includes training in how to use it.

The Digital Information Board measures 1.6m wide by 1.4m high and has three lines of LEDs on which to display messaging, visible for up to 100m, to communicate time-sensitive information to parents at the entrance to the school. The boards can be wall-mounted or pole mounted and are installed by carefully vetted contractors. Your school’s branding will appear on the top static panel, with either Exemplar Education branding or an agreed child-friendly third-party advert on the bottom static panel.

The system allows for up to 10 sets of messages throughout the loop, across the three lines of LED’s.

In return for receiving a FREE Digital Information Board, schools are simply required to distribute Exemplar Education promotional leaflets to the parents of children in their school once a year for the duration of the Agreement (usually three years, renewable after each three-year cycle).

Complete the below form and we’ll be in contact soonest to arrange a FREE Digital Information Board for your school.

Note: FREE Digital Information Boards are currently only available to Schools within the Greater London area. A wider national roll-out is planned for the future.
